A visionary creative, media producer, and community leader, Hadja is dedicated to storytelling, mentorship, and cultural impact. She has worked with top artists like Doja Cat, Davido, and Chris Brown, and through Us & Friends, has empowered over 2,000 young creatives with mentorship, training, and safe spaces for mental health.
Aigner Bazunu – Executive Director
An entertainment industry veteran, Aigner brings passion, creativity, and business savvy to the team. With her own company specializing in merchandise production, she thrives on connecting people, ideas, and resources in ways that spark impact. “I’m all about keeping things fun while driving meaningful impact!”
Fortunate Ezeugo – Head of Operations
Fortunate leads operations with energy and creativity, guiding project management and community-building efforts. Known for her problem-solving mindset, she ensures that ideas turn into action. “I thrive in chaos, my brain just provides the solutions!”
Okoli Chigozie Nwachukwu (Chente) – Head of Well-Being Programs & Counseling Services
Also known as the Emotions Doctor, Chente is a licensed therapist and founder of the Safe Space Support Group. With a focus on mental health advocacy, men’s wellness, grief, and trauma counseling, he creates spaces of empathy and healing. “True strength lies in vulnerability.”
Ayotunde Rufai – Advisor & Strategic Partner
As founder and CEO of Jendaya, a global creative agency and lifestyle brand, Ayotunde connects Africa’s biggest talent and brands like Burberry, Puma, and Cartier with emerging markets. His expertise brings vision and strategy to Us & Friends.
